Choose which file types sync on Core+. Files go to HubSpot when you can grant Files access, or we host them. Disabled types still sync as text placeholders.

Where your files go

Automatic — HubSpot Files when your account can grant it; otherwise UNOsync hosts the file and the timeline links to us. HubSpot Files only — Marketing → Files. Needs File Manager edit permission. UNOsync hosted — we store the file and put a private link on the contact timeline.
